Converting Current help files

A note to the great people helping the conversion of the Markdown files to DokuWiki syntax.

• The “home” page is the starting point of the help system on every Friendica instance. Opening example.com/help will essentially load that page
• Hence, please keep all the links back to “home” at the top of the pages at least for the moment.
• Please have a look at the rendered pages at the rendered pages (just click on the file names in the listing) at the repository if you are looking for how they should look which will be different in the wiki, but take the original as a guide line.
